Keeping It Casual - 6 (Link Up)

I've been a 'jeans' kind of girl for as long as I can remember. I honestly like to be comfortable (who doesn't?) so jeans will always be my go-to look. For some reason, wearing a skirt, a dress, or even dress pants takes too much effort sometimes.






Since I am linking up with Because Shanna Said So for Random Wednesdays, I thought I would share a few random facts about me that you may not know:

  • I'm obsessed with cleaning my house. I'm cleaning literally every single day and my husband keeps telling me to stop it already.
  • I hate beer and football and I live in the South. You might wonder how that is possible...
  • I can't straighten my left leg when I lift it past 90 degrees. For a dancer, this is not good.
  • I've had two babies and am ready for the third but nearly have a panic attack when I think about labor. Don't ask me why. I haven't had any labor and delivery issues but I think I'm just a controlling person and that is one part of your life you definitely can't control.
  • I love burgers (and sweet potato fries) with all of my heart. 
  • I've tried to eat healthy and it hasn't worked out.

    Fabulous outfit! I love casual jeans paired with elegant chic tops and accessories!
    This is what I'd wear exactly as you present it. Already pinned :-)

    A few things in common: I do clean a lot and I don't drink beer (even I am from Bavaria!) but love wine. However, I love European football (soccer)!

    OMG Amy I found your five things hysterical because we are literally complete opposites..except the labor thing because my placenta abrupted with my second..so no more babies! But I despise cleaning..my husband gets on me about the opposite! I love beer and football, and burgers make me sick because I don't eat meat and I eat super healthy..maybe we should hang out so we could rub off on each other.. ha, ha!

    This reminds me that I haven't work my boyfriend jeans in awhile! Need to pull those out! I love your outfit and I am obsessed with cleaning lately too! I can't stop (which is weird, because I hate cleaning and I get in a bad mood when I'm doing it, but I can't stand my house being dirty). :) I don't have any kids but I'm ready for the first and I am terrified of labor! It makes me almost not want to have kids!

    I pretty much wear jeans every day. I think I only own other pants because of blogging. Seriously, jeans are literally like a 24/7 thing to me. I love how you wore them here, especially with that top.

    Love your outfit! Classic black and some leopard... can't go wrong!! The thought of labor sends me into a panic as well (even though I have no children yet). I have high hopes for lots of drugs and a C section.. but then there is the whole scar thing...

    Strangely, black is by far my favorite color to wear. There is something so chic about a simple black shirt. This looks great - perfect for going out for date night or hitting the mall with the girls. Love it all!
