Unexpected


F21 blouses and earrings, Mossimo faux leather shorts, TJ Maxx belt, Target heels, bracelets from
Dillards and F21, Steve Madden bag


I knew I wanted to wear my polka dot blouse and leather shorts together and planned on wearing a bright cardigan with them as well. Somehow it looked fine in my mind's eye but once I put it on, it wasn't very cute. Before changing completely, I grabbed this teal blouse (seen here and here) and gave it a try. I loved this unexpected combination. I almost grabbed my plain black belt but felt the leopard was a bit more fun.

    I think this is adorable! Have I mentioned how much you've inspired my layering? I have so many clothes that I was going to get rid of (I liked them, but couldn't quite work them into my wardrobe). Now I'm layering and layering with them :). Thanks for the inspiration!!

    I'm glad you went with the leopard belt. This outfit is a great example of mixing patterns... something I haven't quite figured out yet. But I really like the way this came out!
